  1. Is my cell phone compatible?

    Your cell phone should be among the models shown on our website(see compatible phones). Simply select the content you like the most, and follow the instructions. Please, keep in mind that if you select the wrong phone model, the content will be received on your phone in an incorrect format.

    In addition, your cell phone should be able to send and receive SMS (text messages) and it should have WAP access enabled, since you will be sent a link to follow in order to complete the download. If you don't have these services activated, you will not be able to receive content from Renxo. If you are unsure whether you have these services activated, get in touch with your service provider.

  2. Which cell phones are compatible with content from Renxo?

    Nearly all phones available on the market are compatible with our content. Click here to find out which models are compatible. Keep in mind that not all phones are compatible with all content (see compatibility).

  3. What do I do in order to configure WAP/GPRS on my phone?

    If you are unsure if you have these services activated, get in touch with your service provider.

    Consult your phone's manual for more information regarding how to configure WAP/GPRS service.

  4. What are the data transmission costs for GPRS?

    Data transmission costs for GPRS depend on the plan you selected in the contract with your cellular phone service provider. If you browse the Internet with your phone, or if you download several content packages from Renxo, we recommend that you get in touch with your service provider to discuss a data package.

  5. Which cellular service providers are compatible with Renxo?

    You can download content from Renxo via the majority of cellular service providers. On our website, the system will prompt you to select your service provider from among those available before you download any content.

  6. Do I have to register in order to download content?

    It's not necessary to register. You only need to follow the steps indicated on the website and on your cell phone to download content from Renxo. However, if you register in My Account you will have access to more features, such as rapid access to active downloads, personalized recommendations, subscription management, etc.

  7. How do I log in to my account?

    On the navigation bar above the left side, you will find an option to log in to your account. Click on Customer Login. Then, enter your cell phone number and select your service provider. A PIN will be sent to your cell phone in a text message. Once you receive the message, enter the PIN on the website in order to verify your identity. This way, you will be able to access your personal account.

    Once you have logged in, you will be able to select a username and password in order to to gain access faster, without requiring PIN verification.

    If you took all the steps and you didn't receive an SMS with the download link, or if you received it but you can't find it, you have the option of logging in directly to the address http://wap.renxo.com with your phone. There, you will find an option entitled "My Downloads," where download links will be available for all your purchases within the past 48 hours. You can also access My Account, where you will find direct links to resend the content that you have not received.

    You can do so by sending an SMS with the word STOP to the same short number where you registered for the subscription, or log in to My Account.
